More Consultancy Group was formed in July 2002. The founding members who devised the concept, drew upon their extensive experience and knowledge of recruitment both locally and nationally to identify the key to becoming successful and respected in the market.

The working ethos they devised is unique to the industry and meets the need for a recruitment agency that really understands its clients and candidates. Consultants who are well versed in their clients core business and in their candidates work preferences. Our consultants look after no more than fifteen clients at any one time. Simple maths.
